Giulietta intercooler upgrade (P0240 fault code) Hi guys. I have a stage 2 turbo on my Giulietta and i keep getting a engine management light for a P0240 turbo pressure message. I have been reading up on the forum and have found that this can be caused by the charge temperature being too high and a larger intercooler being required. Those warnings on the dash , tyre pressure, 'lane assist' ( think you mean ESC, car with 2 squiggly lines) , brake warning light (not sure what one you mean) are all related to the ABS module and the speed sensors on each wheel. I live in Saudi Arabia, and just got my Giulietta QV brand new 2 days ago. last night i was enjoying the car on dynamic mode and then suddenly it came back to normal and the check engine yellow warning light came on. tried to put it back on dynamic, but it gave me dynamic unavailable Avnyc11, the generic cause of code P04DB is an O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction but that doesn't mean it holds true for an Alfa Romeo. I tried looking up a P04DB code in the Alfa Romeo data base but it didn't show that code. as long as you are going to the dealer on Saturday anyway, I would leave the code in memory and let the dealership Not sure how much higher than 100% you can go? the 10% however is most likely a standard value, everything resets after a regeneration. How fast does the %-age rise again though? Disconnect battery for 45 mins. Reconnect battery, and turn ignition to MAR for 90 secs. Turn off and leave 90 secs. Start engine WITHOUT pressing throttle and let the car idle for 15 mins (I repeat, do not touch the throttle whilst the car is idling) Turn engine off and leave for 10 minutes. EdbtRl.
